Quotations are based on the information provided by the customer. Any changes in the volume of goods, destination, or additional services required may result in a revision of the final price. A booking is confirmed only after the receipt of an advance payment as specified in the quote.
We use high-quality materials for packing. However, we are not responsible for damage to goods that were not packed by our team. Customers are advised to carry jewelry, cash, and high-value documents personally.
While we take every precaution, we recommend opting for transit insurance for all moves. Insurance coverage is subject to the terms of the insurance provider. Claims must be initiated within 24 hours of delivery.
Full payment must be cleared before the unloading of goods at the destination. We accept payments via cash, bank transfer, and UPI.
Our liability is limited to the terms specified in the service contract. We are not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
